We stand by the quality of our products. All Bosk's products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full year. Apparel, accessories are not covered by the warranty. If you have any issues, please contact us and our customer service team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.
Here's what you should know:
Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If your Bosk product have a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, repair or replace them for you at no cost.
If you are unsure if your desired model will fit, please have a look at our sizing guide, on our website, first. We also try to have as many pictures of each model as possible to give you a better idea of what they look like.

We offer a one year warranty against manufacturer defects and would be happy repairing or replacing your product for you. Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. Therefore, no two of Bosk's wooden product will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Minute differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to Bosk’s handcrafted manufacturing process. Fortunately,Bosk’s one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of accessories to leave the wood shop.
All Bosk products are treated with Bosk's secret blend of non-allergenic, organic waxes and oils and sealed with light shellac finish. This protective coating helps the wood maintain a proper moisture balance needed to prevent drying out and/or cracking while also helping to repel water.
For daily care, it is recommended that Bosk products are constantly kept in a safe place. All Bosk products should be treated as "WEARABLE ART"
Through our proprietary finishing techniques, Bosk products are water-resistant and will not be affected by sweat or other small amounts of water. Excessive water exposure, including - but not limited to - submersion, may cause some wood problem.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal and Stripe for online orders.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Bosk has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Bosk has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Bosk is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter list from time to time. If you would like to hear about promotions first please subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of this page.
